Served in the heart of the hotel, The Lobby, our signature Afternoon Tea has become a beloved tradition for locals and visitors since the hotel opened. While the menu changes seasonally, guests will find a delightful selection of traditional scones, tea sandwiches and desserts to share and enjoy. The Peninsula Chicago also offers special Afternoon Tea for children. For those that have dietary restrictions, there are vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Dates: Fridays through Sundays
Times: 2:30 pm and 4:30 pm. An additional 12:00 pm seating will be available on Saturdays from October 5 through November 23.
Price*: $140 per adult, inclusive of one glass of Champagne. $65 per child, ages 5-12 years old. Price excludes taxes and gratuity. In October, $5 from every Afternoon Tea reservation benefits A Silver Lining Foundation.
Pre-paid reservations via Tock are required.
Fall Afternoon Tea will be offered on Fridays through Sundays from September 20 through November 24. On Saturdays from October 5 through November 23, an additional 12:00 pm Afternoon Tea seating will be available.
