TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Airport Transfer, Car Hire, and Drop-off rates cover the use of the vehicle chauffeur service, fuel, insurance, and 3% Common Carrier's Tax.
- For Airport Transfer, side trips and waiting time are not allowed. If the passenger requests the driver to wait or to make a side trip, the transaction is converted to a Car Hire instead of a Drop-off / Pick-up.
- Car Hire service shall start and end at the Hotel. Any fraction of an hour shall be considered as a full hour. Parking and toll fees shall be the responsibility of the passenger.
- Cancellation notice must be made within 24 hours PRIOR to reporting date and time, otherwise, the full amount of rental shall be charged.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS VIA HELICOPTER SPECIAL RATE:
For a speedy, luxurious and comfortable arrival in true Peninsula style, guests are invited to experience helicopter airport transfers from The Manila International Airport to The Peninsula Manila’s private helipad. This service is operated by Air Taxi. Kindly see below rates, inclusive of landing fees.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Helicopter reservations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the transaction. Inquiries may be made through the Hotel concierge or directly with the Air taxi.

Discounts are applicable to passengers only. Full rate to be applied to any passengers.

All helicopter flights are strictly limited from 9:00 am – 5:00pm.

All helicopter tour bookings require 50% down payment at the time of reservation. 50% remaining shall be settled a day prior to the transaction.

All children under two (2) years old are discouraged. Waiver form to be accomplished should guest insist.

All payment may be settled via payment link or by credit card at the Front Desk.

Upon booking, a confirmation letter will be created, affixed signature by the guest and sent back to the Concierge team.

Refund due to changes and cancellations will be subject to approval by the hotel.

Cancellation five (5) days or more prior transaction, 100% refund.

Cancellation less than four (4) days before the transaction will be considered paid and may be used on a later date.

Air Taxi serves the right to cancel the transaction due to aircraft concerns, time of Transaction, unforgivable weather.
