Fans of Asian cuisine can delve into the enticing world of Cantonese cookery with this hands-on programme, hosted by our LiLi chef, Taklau Yuen.

Chef Tak will give guests step-by-step instructions in the making of traditional dim sum – including classic steamed dumplings like ha kao (shrimp) and siu mai (shrimp, poultry, or vegetable), and char siu bao (lacquered pork on steamed brioche buns). After the lessons, guests can gather at the Table des Chefs in the LiLi kitchen to sample dim sum along with an accompanying glass of wine or champagne.
