Continuing the exotic sensory journey of Canton Blue, Little Blue offers sophisticated cocktails, fine spirits, and artisanal teas in a glamourous, intimate setting. The bar’s décor reflects a harmonious blend of British and Chinese history, with classic leather seats, etched glass, and a wall of apothecary-style spice cabinets that nod to the spice trade routes of the Keying junk. The drink offerings also embrace the confluence of the two cultures: many cocktails incorporate Asian fruits, spices, and herbal tinctures as well as premier spirits; and an extensive menu of teas that can be taken in both the English and Chinese traditions.

 

London Cocktail Week 2024

Joining the roster city's best bars this year, Little Blue introduces a 90-minute experience for The Connoisseur's Collection, from 3rd - 13th October. The bespoke experience is priced from £60 per person, with just ten tickets available each day from 6.30pm - 8.30pm via SevenRooms here

Guests looking for a one-of-a-kind evening will be guided through an immersion to British gin by Head Mixologist, Aude Fraisse. Showcasing the hotel's exclusive collaboration with Cambridge Distillery, the event will include a welcome drink followed by an introduction and tastings of three bespoke gins with three specially crafted cocktails, served alongside a dim-sum platter from adjoining restaurant Canton Blue, created by Chinese Executive Chef, Terry Wong.
